I'm honestly surprised the wTerps lost today on the heels (intended) of Taylor Cummings' Senior season. She has simply been the most dominant & decorated wlax player in decades.
I sincerely hope she continues to be involved in the game & plays in the new pro women's league (it's small, not well marketed, but it's a start). even more than that, I hope she can take a Paul Rabil/Casey Powell like approach & become THE face of women's lax. Lord knows the women's game needs it.
That said, I'm JACKED for Monday's Final! If UNC mlax can get the job done to provide their school with the sweep of national titles in lacrosse for 2016, that will certainly be a solid story.
