Gotcha, I missed some of last inning and must have missed that one. With these two on that mound and that as a strike, this may end up 1-0.

These pitches are definitely too low to be called strikes, but I think the k zone is exaggerating them some. It makes them look like they were in the dirt.

If anything shows the fickleness of balls in play, it's Granderson's two at-bats. First ball smoked.....right at the RF. Second ball hit super weak......but finds a hole.

His hit was pretty nice though... Anything can happen in baseball. Think we may see some pitching strikeout records tonight

Yeah if that's how Cuddyer is going to play in the field he shouldn't be playing it. Two bad misplays, but deGrom pitches through both.

I guess the best way to not let shaky D hurt you is just don't let balls be put in play.
