So Duncan is officially returning next year.
Not sure if this has been discussed but glad to see the GOAT back for another year.
Weird to be a Spurs fan and watch out team go after big name in FA.

So, maybe the Wade meeting in the Caribbean means something after all....
The Cavs could send Brendan Haywood, Anderson Varejao, the rights to Cedi Osman, and the rights to Sasha Kaun to the Heat in exchange for Chris Bosh, allow Tristan Thompson to walk, and sign Dwayne Wade with the tax-payer's mid-level exception. Then, the Heat could use the additional cap space to sign LaMarcus Aldridge
Starting Lineup:
Chris Bosh
Kevin Love
LeBron James
Dwayne Wade
Kyrie Irving
The old big three and the new big three would be re-united, and LeBron could definitively prove that he is a better GM than Michael Jordan.
(If only Vivek Ranadive owned the Heat instead of the Kings)

The rumor mill is the Lakers may have Lopez lined up if LMA wants to sign.

My prediction:
Ed Davis/Nick Young - for Lopez at Center
The Lakers have been lining this up and are pitching to LMA that he will play SF. If he agrees, the Lakers land both.
PG: Russell/Clarkson/Brown
SG: Bryant/Clarkson/Brown
SF: Randle/Bryant/Nance Jr.
PF: Aldridge/Nance Jr./Randle
C: Lopez/Upshaw/Sacre

You can thank his grandmother for that spelling.

So he wants to join a team that will max out at 40 wins?

There is no incentive to tank. Let these young bucks bud into stars and make the playoffs (I think they can with LMA and Lopez. Randle has been really impressive. Clarkson ended the season being the NBA rookie of the month. Russell sounds to be legit. Nance may be a sleeper of the draft. And Kobe is the GOAT).
Then the Lakers have a very solid younger core to attract a player like Durant next year with Kobe coming off the books.

When are y'all firing Byron Scott? No one wants to play for that bum.

No shocker there. It's amazing what he's still capable of at his age. People have been looking for the decline for years but it seems like the Spurs are a contender as long as he decides to play

Who gives a shite who Kobe wants to play for. Dude is old and broken. Elite young players want someone competent coaching them.

Well that picture went right over your head

Kobe would be the worst coach.
