Wow, I believe that is the fastest time ever run by a teenager. Usain Bolt's fastest time before his 20th birthday was 19.93 if I am not mistaken.

Not the fastest teenage time--Alonso Edward ran 19.81 in Berlin '09

Video of it is impressive. He glides, pulls away then seems to let up.
