Libert mutual has gone up 1000 in 3 years without a claim. In same timeframe they raised the replacement value of my home by 17000. Now my mortgage company sad I need to increase flood insurance because liberty is valuing replacement so high. Don't really understand how my coverage has increased so much.

What city are you near? Louisiana is too broad to help.

I get something from State Farm, semi-regularly, strongly implying they are in CENLA.

Sucks for them, because during a brief period of time when I was mad at USAA, they weren't writing them.

Only homeowners I would consider, other than USAA is State Farm.

USAA providers won't write policies south of US 90. I got a USAA quote (south of I10 but n of US 90) last year at this time and it was $2K more than Farm Bureau.

So get a quote from Farm Bureau, too.

Seems that Allstate just got back into Walker with a 2% hurricane deductible. Unfortunately, they will ask for you're auto insurance. It's a combo deal.

The other thought would be to check some independents like ASI. I'm not too familiar with the area or the rates in the area to give you more help.

Someone who works for State Farm may be able to tell you what they can do.

I know last time I got a quote from State Farm they were higher 5 years ago than my current statement today with
LM. I have sent quote requests to a few local agencies online with no email or call back so I'm not going yo even bother calling those places. Progressive is a little cheaper. Not sure who else I can look at online. Before I have to call around.

Try ASI. I have had my policy for 4 years and only gone up about $100. I have a $2500 NSD.
