Of my investments, I was 100% stock ETF at the end of 2023. I'm now 67.2% stock ETF and 32.8% bond ETF.

I didn't sell because I was worried about the market. I sold because the algorithm said to sell.

Or just CDs, etc?

41k in checking that earns 6%
50k in savings that earns 4.35%

All other funds in non-cash. Depending on the market to provide increases.

20% in Regular brokerage account
20% in Roth IRA account

Hoping for a nice dip and have been only buying on individual stock down days. I know it's timing the market but im scared buying at the highs.

I make bi-weekly deposits into 2 accounts, and I usually just add to the existing position that looks like it's the cheapest at the time. Then I'll rebalance later if it gets way out of whack.

Just looking at retirement and investment brokerage accounts, about 30% is in cash or cash equivalents. But I use the “buying power” of those funds to employ various option strategies within those accounts. Goal is to make 8-10% per year from that. And if it’s a cash secured put that gets assigned, that’s how I’ve typically taken long positions on stocks I don’t mind owning over the past few years.
