CTL is blowing up as well...the wrong way.

Sure the layoffs will start in full effect now.

I like the wording. You can come back and say "told you so" whether up or down.

Maybe since has gone so far down before earnings, then it can only go up after right?

How are they still trading? Or is that just projected opening prices?

I am new to the stock market and curious at to what is happening.

They released earning after hours.

It's after hours trading so the pricing are actual transactions. There are no market orders and usually trading is thinner so after hours trading is more risky and will have larger bid-ask spreads. However, since they released after hours earnings, it probably pretty close.

Up 21.6% after the close.

No bullshite, I planned on taking a flyer about 11 butbu wanted to buy closer to the close so it wouldn't go down more, but I lost track of time and it was 3:30 before I knew it.

Well, I'll tell you this....I didn't expect quite the degree of tree-shaking prior. A soon as I saw it was the result of a hatchet job by BMO Capital (downgrading from outperform to mkt perform the day of earnings? Seriously?), I was no longer "worried" per se but you wonder, how far down do they want to drive it?
I nibbled in the low 11s in the afternoon, the key being to see if there's a buying rush in the last 10 mins of the day. 3:50, nothing happening yet....then around 3:54 sure enough here come all the sharks. I doubled down with a few minutes to go and am now quite happy

I hope you share any special knowledge you have again next time.

Anyone know why the option chain isn't moving for this stock?

Probably due to the volatility. Look at the 3 month chart and some of the candlesticks. I don't know what the beta for TUBE is off the top of my head but it's got to be insane.
