I’ve got my eye on some shipping. ZIM seems to have made its run, but big discounts on BDRY and SBLK. There’s a couple more in there, but I like those. Talk me out of it.

I agree. think the buyers are finally drying up. I'm taking it on the chin with some of my growth stocks. I bought SE late and going into the negative on this one but not selling will be buying going down.

Yeah I'm thinking the NASDAQ might retest 12,000 before this is all said and done. Too many headwinds ahead with COVID cases ramping, inflation, Fed having to raise interest rates, etc.

Anyone know what's going on with DKNG? The 10-day chart is abysmal. Pretty much a straight drop since early November.

I'm up to 75% cash now, mostly holding onto core positions in my brokerage account on a few speculative stocks to get to long term cap gains. Feels like getting the hay in the barn just before the storm hits. Sitting on this much cash, I almost want the market to crash so I can get better deals when I redeploy my cash. But the macro picture is UGLY in the near-mid term.

Almost anything growth-related has been getting destroyed since around November 8th. Pull up a chart of just about any ticker that fits the bill and look at the nosedive. The broader indices aren't necessarily showing it yet, but it's a mess out there.

I'm up to 50% cash and holding my winners. I bought a few shares of V & JPM yesterday. I think there are a few places you could be buying like banks. Interest rate increases will help them. Thinking 2022 could get real ugly with skyrocketing inflation prices. its an eye opening experience when you eat out ,get groceries ,gas etc.. Consumer sending could dive in 2022.
