Anyone like VACQ? They are the SPAC for Rocket Labs and the ticker will change to RKLB on the NASDAQ in the second quarter. Rocket Labs is being called a mini Space X.

Loading up on NSH (SPAC acquiring Spire) currently. I think it will be added to the ARKX fund. Only trading at a 5% premium to NAV. Is already operating at substantial revenue #'s in 2021 and has a much higher TAM than other satellite companies trading at a higher enterprise value. I just don't think many people have heard of this one yet.

I'm in a for a couple thousand shares, but I like the satellite company side better than the launch provider. Launch revenues are going to be a race to the bottom as SpaceX will drastically change (lower) the price to get to orbit once Starship is operational for commercial flights. RocketLab does have their niche for micro satellites though, and I like them better than Astra (HOL) or Virgin Galatic (SPCE) for sure.

All things space related will end up having a hype cycle of their own. Similar to weed, EV, crypto etc.

update: one of the Lion Eletric / NGA amazon trucks

Amazon has 10 on order right now. They have a contract with Lion where they can buy 20% of the company and get up to 500 trucks a year. As of right now it is still the order for just 10. Lion is also in talks with 3 states to build a factory in the US.

just noticed to it looks like the back of another 1 on the right side of the pic.

I'm accumulating ALTU heavily under 12. Hopefully get a DA pop and Woods puts it in her ARK fund.

Same here. I started buying in the elevens and added during the recent downdraft in the low tens. If they announce that the deal for Aerion has been agreed to, and Boeing supports it .... look out , it could easily jump to $40-$50... and that may be conservative

Everyone still piling into ALTU?

On its way to apparently be a long term investment for me like SNPR. Bags are heavy!

Checking in to see how SPAC Gang has been holding up. Hopefully the media hit pieces on spacs has subsided. It's been a rough few wks to say the least. I took a beating but somehow still up YTD.

Still holding some here but went more risk averse. Got cold feet the past week and got rid of ALTU calls and warrants for small gain. Wanted to double my position today if ALTU went into $9.60s again but I missed my opportunity. They're teasing something on the 29th so hopefully a DA pop.

Battered and bruised but still engaged. Snpr is till big holding and that hurts.

Went south bad on some calls on fuse. Have quite a bit of $10 April calls with $.35 cent cost - so need any kind of pop to be able to escape that.

Expecting some normalization moving forward - we have gone from extreme to extreme

Loaded the boat on HZON and SPFR. Still holding ZNTEW and ERESW which both has taken a big hit. Looking to add RMGB pretty soon.

It’s been a rough two months but it’ll pass eventually.

I went against everything I ever stood for with Spacs(buying above 12-13 range). Currently down 300k .
I rebalanced between tpgy, actc, nga, and gsah as a speculation unannounced play.

I think a bunch of us are in the same boat my man(not as bad as you though). I’m not too worried about the common shares it’s the warrants that concerns me. I was just gobbling everything up now it’s become way more selective.

I am in on

Treb right now (Bill Foley himself said to expect news on this one soon. I am in at $9.84

Conx - i am thinking a deal with oneweb. Next few months, hoping sooner rather than later. My worst position at $10.25

Chrc - this one is my most speculative play. Honestly just like that team a lot and the size if the trust. Could be way out. In at $10.03 on this one.

ARKX potential. Planning to start a looong position here and not look back. Space is a "sexy" sector. I'll let Cathy manage all the work/research regarding the new frontier.

This. Too many teams churning out spac ipos like no tomorrow. There still will be big winners but need to be more cognizant of good targets and fair valuation upon rumor/announcement.

Hard to say though. Bowx/WeWork hit over $12 and warrants went %100. Hopefully sentiment/momentum is swinging back our way.

Infrustructure bill could be the catalyst the turtle needs.

"Documents suggest it will include nearly $1 trillion in spending on the construction of roads, bridges, rail lines, ports, electric vehicle charging stations, and improvements to the electric grid and other parts of the power sector."

Martin Franklin has an outstanding track record of making stockholders money. He was the guy that rolled up Jardin over years and then sold it to Newell.

He started one SPAC that now trades as APG (the name of the company is API). He went sort of a non traditional route of listing the company offshore, making his acquisition and then listing it in the USA. I bought it while it was trading as an offshore company in the pink sheets. I have owned it almost 2 years and have basically double my money. It is not fancy. The balance sheet is very strong and the acquisitions he made with the capital are spinning off a lot cash flow they state they will use for future acquisitions.

He has two more in the works---N2Acquistions and Brimstone Acquisitions.
