Any opinions on this good or bad for the company?

Housewives won't stop overpaying for coffee bc he left. Everyone is all over his balls about being a visionary, it's coffee there's not a ton he can do at this stage, the company is enormous they will be fine with whoever he picks to replace him

New guy ran product development at Microsoft and was ceo of a company called juniper. Been coo since 2015.

Schultz will remain with company but is going to be focusing on the reserv stores. They're bigger coffee bars with special roasts and blends.

Hopefully it drops 3-5% so I can pick up some more at good price.

I like that Schultz is going to focus on the reserve stores. Besides international growth, those reserves are going to be what boosts their market share from here.

You hope it drops 3-5% so you can get a good entry? You mean like where it was at $51 a month ago before the dividend boost you knew was coming wasn't good enough?

I wouldn't buy right now until it goes back to its 52 week low. P/e multiple is still high and expected growth is low kind of I think the move of Schultz though makes me more optimistic about growth.

Got a 2% dip today. I'm still up from where I bought in around the 52 week low.
