Ok, I don't want to hijack the thread over this, but I'll address quickly. Tipping is not required, but you will get much more out of the person helping if you do. I'm mainly talking about the guys that move luggage in the airports, drivers and hotel bellhops. When I land I want to get to my hotel as fast as humanly possible because I am obviously American and not the most popular guy in the room. And I've never asked their nationality and don't give two shits. I just want from point A to B rickey tick and I will tip them every time.

As somewhat of a contrarian I went the other way, RUSL in at 1.96

You may be right. I did fairly well with the RUSS for the last week, waiting on the pendelum to swing back the other way. RUSL is up over 25% since I bought it this morning so who knows.
