0% chance I want anything they offer. Friend said he wanted his son just to get some experience talking to people. Son acknowledged I don't need anything when we scheduled the meeting, but I'm sure there will be some higher-up slimeball with him.

What questions should I ask the intern?
How do I politely tell them I don't want anything and that I don't want them pestering me afterwards?

Not worried about the son, more worried about the slimeball. Heard nightmare stories about these people annoying the frick out of people after the fact

they'll probably offer you a disability policy

that's the standard go-to for NWM for young professionals

He is going to come to the meeting with a list of your LinkedIn contacts. He will ask you if he can contact them using your name. I have a friend that works there. Every year for my birthday, he offers to buy me lunch. Same shite every year. He is a good friend, so I try to put him in touch with some younger guys, but I always reach out to those people first to let them know my friend will be calling. Friend has had success rolling over old 401k accounts for a few people, so I don't feel too bad about throwing him a few names each year.

Relax. Try to be genuinely curious about the young man and enjoy your visit.

They will absolutely bother you after the fact.

This is true. My friend went to a meeting with one... I got a call a week later. I was pretty annoyed with my friend

Have fun. Let them try to work for your business, there may be something your missing.

If you want to be polite give the names of people you believe could benefit from their services.

If they contact you after the fact against their will, pass their contact info over to a Rainbow salesman. That will get the point across.

It's been a while since I did any work for their agents, but they used to, for the new people / interns, had to have so many appointments a week. So you are just a number in his book.

I feel like you are mutually wasting each other's time here, but he gets to put a checkmark in his book, and you make your friend happy by doing his son a solid.

Listen to what they are saying... perhaps there might be some DI that you could use. And if you can refer some people over to him, that would be great.

We had a good time. Both guys were cool and not overly pushy. Learned a few things and did a questionnaire.
