NOLA Lending is the only company we've spoken with so far. Does anyone know of any banks/lenders that cover closing costs, or offer a better interest rate?

I'm looking at conventional and to put it back to 30 years. A guy I work with had his closing costs covered by Chase Bank. Thanks for the input!

I am going though Chase as we speak and they didn't cover mine!

Also, never go through a broker!
