Real estate brokerage and get paid.

ETA: serious answer would be CAT sales, or similar. Have a buddy from college who does that and it seems to be a pretty sweet gig.

Hard to say when we don't know what industry your currently in. IT sales and Medical sales are always a good thing to look into but those jobs can be pretty hard to get with no industry experience.

Rather not say what industry I'm in on TD. That being said I work for a distributor who sells to large chain and independent retailers

My sister-in-law has been doing this for about 10-12 years. She knocks out $250k on a bad year.

If you want to stay in sales....

commercial insurance. Everyone in the field is old fats and there are very few competent agents coming up the ranks. Takes a while to learn but you can do well for yourself

yeah, get your insurance licenses and sell employers group health, life, dental, vision and disability insurance. You can make a ton of money. After you get licensed, you'll need to get appointed by different insurance carriers. Then, you're ready to sell.
