Approval seems like a good sign- I'll probably add another lot to my holdings.

From your link...

quote:

“With execution of the EPC contract in hand, we shall continue with final engineering activities but will not commit to out-sized, non-cancellable commitments in advance of execution of offtake agreements for at least 4 mtpa of additional sales,” continued Brand.

4mpta of additional sales is the rub here. Does this mean they won't break ground until they have secured these commitments?

Not a rub to me.....rumors from the inside say they have the mutiple interest in tolling aggreements to cover capacity.

Why hasn't it been executed? Some are shopping, others say timid market for long term commitment.

This is the big thing that is hurting LNG. It's competition (all based on crude prices) is now much cheaper. The last conference I was at the speaker (many years in the natural gas and NGLs market) said "You'd have to be nuts to build a LNG plant without contracted commitments in this environment."

This is true but their overhwhelming advantage is the game is the osmr technology to refine it cheaper than anybody. And it's why they survive over others in the market

Another drop this morning.

I'm still on the sidelines with this one.

LNGLF?

I thought LNGLY was the one to buy... or is the consensus that the lf shares will be eventually rolled into ly?

I already had a position in LF, so I just bought more of it, but if I had to start fresh, I'd buy LY. I'm sure they're all going to end up being converted once it's listed on the NYSE. Wish I had more money to put in today.
