Neither right now. BHI jumped 18% after the news broke so I'd say that price is inflated right now

Baker Hughes has a significant presence here with a big hub just outside the city. Would hate to lose that or see that reduced.

Yeah they are building a brand new facility right down the street. Probably worth ~$30mm
