I just stumbled across this and it's trading at .0002. I saw where the 52 week high was $80 
It was once around $150. What happened to this company?

They're relatively new (publicly) to the market. Tech company specializing in fuel cells. Seems like they've been making progress from what I've read.

It never actually traded at those prices
It's always been an OTCBB stock and they issued a literal frick-ton of new shares and convertible notes in the past year which diluted the shite out it's stock.

Looks like a reverse split 1 for 2,500. Would mean the per share price could have changed from <.0001 to 0.18 or so with a lot less
