Do you pay extra for comprehensive physical?

Doing my insurance plan and its extra to have a EHE (comprehensive physical) coverage. I always thought that shite was covered with basic medical. Wouldnt care but was planning on getting one this year.

Believe I pay $25.00 for my annual physical, which includes basic blood work

Ours does not have a few. We have an individual high ded plan.

Free yearly physical, but if you bring up any issues during the visit that they have to address, you get charged for an office visit.
