Completing a Detailed Monthly Budget

Hola folks,
I'm trying to get a better idea on my monthly spending distributions so I've gone through and done an extremely detailed budget breakout. I've always had a general idea of where my spending went, but I've been watching how my bank account fluctuates and I wanted to get a better idea for where it was going.
I've included every single reoccurring expense I can possibly think of. I'm left with an expected amount that is WAY more than what I'm currently seeing in my account monthly, and I'm basically having heart failure at how much ancillary spending I must be doing haha. I've got the following for reoccurring monthly expenses:
Rent
Renter's insurance
Investments
Phone
Electricity (taken average of July and June so gotta think over 12 months I'm way conservative here)
Gas
Cable
Vehicle payment
Car insurance
Groceries (also was conservative and accounted for what a month would be if I cooked every meal which I never do as I probably travel atleast half the month and expense all that)
Dry cleaning
Gym
Protein (yup I've accounted for my protein)
Haircut
Can yal think of anything I'm missing? I really hope I'm not spending the difference between all this and my salary on booze and chasing tail . And yes I took post-tax, post-retirement contributions for my salary (basically just took the direct deposit figure I see in my bank account each week).
Appreciate any help!

Here is a pretty solid expanded itemized budget calculator
Their estimated income is BS. Don't use that

Mint.com
or Personalcapital
Or any other site someone states.
Any of those will have a litany of spending categories for you to reference.

Gas for your home or vehicle? If not for your vehicle that may be a significant piece that is unaccounted for.

I tried this, but like a lot of people I had nothing but error messages about inability to sync and all sorts of stuff like that.
I'll try

Just take a month or 2 and track every dollar you spend.
I have been doing this for years and it really helps you better understand your spending habits/trends.
Heres a link to a thread this the board had a few months back: Budget Discussion

What did you include for your food budget? just curious.
I would add an item for recurring vehicle maintenance including potential repairs, maybe your deductible /12.
Vehicle gas like another poster said.
Do you have a large family that you are buying several gifts for a year?

Would you mind emailing me your spreadsheet?
I am in the group that never bothered to track spending outside of checking mint every few months, but about to buy a house in a HCOL area so buckling up.

Do you not have a bank account? It's easy enough to review your past five statements and put every transaction into a category. One good thing about using a debit card or reward credit card paid off every month is the ease of tracking spending.

I shoulda really called it my grocery budget. I spend about $100/week on my grocery bill. That's going to include toiletries, soap, paper towels, etc. Some weeks it's less if it's just food, some weeks it's right there or just over if I have alot of other stuff. It's almost rarely at or over $100 so I just put $400/month to be conservative.

This isn't a bad idea. I have been fairly fortunate, but definitely something to keep in mind although I'd typically include something like this in my emergency fund. Is that not where yal take repairs from?

The gas was for my vehicle.

Not at all, family is super laid back about birthdays. We do cards and a phone call, that's it. I guess for Xmas I'd need something but that's probably $100-150 tops so $12/month.
