Probably a dumb question here: The annual fee is not by calendar year, but applies from the time I am approved correct?

If I remember mine correctly it was applied to my first month balance. So should be on your 1/13/25 month balances

I have to admit Chase Customer Service is shite. I applied at the same time for the Jp Morgan Reserve and the Sapphire Reserve and both came same time, one is metal and one is plastic. So to say they didn't have the materials is laughable. Unless the JP Morgan reserve is still palladium like before, but I didn't see that written anywhere. Anyways its been nearly 2 months and I still have the plastic card and Im a client of the private bank too thats just silly now
