Today I was offered a job to raise capital for a cannibus investment bank. Based on your guys experience what should I know or look out for in a capital raising position

Probably a high ceiling in a career like that. Hope you don't burn out.

Haven't the drug shops been pretty much not allowed access to the federal banking system?

Sounds like a pipe dream if you ask me

Sounds like you'll be doing some cold calling. Just remember to smile and dial and don't hang up until they buy or die.

Not as relevant given the exceedingly robust private placement activity of cannabis and derivative firms over the last few years. If it's IB then it's likely equity raising to begin with.
I don't blame the OP for the want of a tombstone.

I'm leaning towards not taking it because of culture. Sounds like ton of cold calling and high stress

Depends on how much you make really. Cannabis is hot and a relatively safe investment if you are in one of the states that it is legal.
