Is anyone invested in these or have any comments/views on them?
One big issue seems to be taxes. Seems that 'most' of their dividends are 'not-qualified'.

To have the record Fidelty says those companies have to have very secure senior debt. I have heard of Appollo and see on their website they are an investor in the coal roll up--Walter Energy.
