I have one and HATE it. The 2% is great, but not as good as AMX blue's 6% on groceries.
The problems is their fraud dept is hyper-vigilant and has declined charges due to being out of town (Florida), too many Amazon purchases (4), and out of country charges after I had advised them I was traveling overseas. Reading reviews on Fidelity confirms I am not alone in this.

Speaking of cards with rewards. Can I pay my house note with my card each month to earn rewards?
I know the interest rate is much much much higher but I would also pay it off each month to avoid interest charges. I would set my CC account to pay the house on the 2nd and my checking account to pay my CC on the 2nd as well.
Does anyone know of a rule stating i can not do this? Seems like an easy way to build points and earn my rewards. Or have I lost my mind?

I have the card and we put everything we buy on it. The rewards rack up very quickly. Debated getting the card for a few months, but certainly glad we did.
Others have mentioned issues with the card while traveling, but I have not encountered this issue on any of travels both in the US and abroad.

Its possible, just not through your bank directly. You have do it via a third party/alternate route.
As for the OP, lots of people like that card, but previous poster has had problems.
There is also the new Citi Double Cash which is effectively 2% cash back every where. Same difference if you put the savings of the cash back into a financial account on your own.

as I noted earlier, read the reviews of the card on Fidelity....of 900 reviews, 140 are 1 or 2 star...the decline issues are prevalant..of course not universal, but the card certainly is more problem prone than others...
sort by worst to first reviews
(and yes, I am engaged in a personal vendetta against this card )
