Sorry I'm late to this thread. The last time I checked, you can get a fully loaded Elantra Limited OTD w/ transferrable 10yr/10k bumper to bumper (not just drivetrain) for well under $25k... more like $22k. The wife has one going on year and half and we love the car. Its got its small car characteristics but the loaded "Limited" totally transforms the car.
