What type of business? In actually looking to relocate to Pensacola? Any other openings??

They have agreed to wait until my lease is up which is soon anyways and then from there, I would probably be aiming for spring 2018. I actually called them up and am going out there to visit next Monday. I appreciate all the feedback and advice I've gotten in this topic by the way, I really do. Right now, I'm leaning towards going but I need to find a place and also get my ducks in a row. Thankfully, I don't have a lot to move but I definitely would need a U Haul.

Pensacola has changed/improved quite a bit over the last 15 years. If you like the beach it could be a good move.
