Not company stock.
One says 403b pretax and the other says 403r Roth
I’m putting 4% in each one. And company matches with 4% in each one. I’m not sure what 403b or 493r mean.

What’s your income? Decision of pretax or post tax contributions is primarily driven by your marginal tax rate today. Doing 50/50 like you are gives you options in the future so it’s not necessarily a bad approach.
