I wouldn't call them VPN companies but $SMTC and $AVGTF
are involved with VPNs.

I don't know that you will see anything significant from this honestly. Most people don't know what a VPN is, much less know how to use it. Eventually people will be upset about some other law.

I use my own VPN via Amazon AWS which is what many of my coworkers do, but I'm a CS grad so YMMV; I doubt most people want to deal with it and it won't make much of a dent in AMZN. I've also heard https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/ is pretty good, despite the sketchy name. I doubt they're public though.

Also, we are all going to get royally fricked with Net Neutrality ending. I'd strongly urge y'all to get a solid VPN asap.

Reality is that a lot of the vpn software is open source, so you would have to look at isp/hosting/cloud companies. Most of those are private. I know OVH is a major player there, at least for vpns.

Many vpn users use them to avoid interference from the govt, so those providers are a touch sketchy.
