When was the last time the Dow had a loser on Fridays?

Oh, England up right now as I write, and Asia was up also.

The bull is loose. Dangerously high expectations for employment numbers could rain on the parade. I'm thinking anything less than 175,000 will bring it down.

I think we close down. I have no reason for this, it's just a feeling I have.

Glad you were wrong. Take a pepto.

Wall Street has "won" every Friday this year. Where can I find a chart of each Friday in 2012?

Past performance is not an indicator of future trends.

So, Ty, what's your best guess? Any gains in particular stocks, mutual funds, ETF's, or other investments?

I honestly have no idea. Apparently the best and safest returns come from the indexes. That being said, my money is mostly in mutual funds with some other stuff sprinkled in for a little flavor.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say it stops today, and in a big way!

Jobs number per WSJ is 88K...I think ADPs number from earlier this week was crappy too.

ETA: although, sometimes I think the market doesn't give a rip about jobs.
