AIG Financial Network just laid off their entire sales force...

...via conference call. Escorted everyone out of offices nationwide with private security company. At least they paid us a severance, lol.

ETA: they axed the managers and support staff too.

No link, I was the senior FA for Louisiana. It was a national con-call and the security people walked in right before the announcement.

Ironically, I'm still active on the B/D platform. They support a large Indy network so that may be an option.

I am still registered with the B/D and have access to the trading platform, so I can still trade if necessary.
