My wife and I both have Chase CSP, Freedom and Ink plus cards and have racked up over 400K in rewards which we are saving for a really nice kid free get away for ourselves. However, we have never used our points before except to pay off a few statement credits. We want to use some of these at Disney later this year and stay at Animal Kingdom lodge and it looks like the only way to use points at Disney is to book through the UR program. It's about 20-25% cheaper to book through UR site as well. Is there a better way to use these for the Animal Kingdom lodge? If there is I can't find it. Thanks in advance.

Your best bet is to call the concierge at chase and have them walk through everything with you. They will connect you to a travel agent and get you set up.

No, although we have done that; we are using a fraction of our points to pay for a Disney hotel on property, animal kingdom lodge, where we usually stay at one of the value resorts since we are tight wads. The rest of the points we will keep saving for our own vacation sometime later.

How hell bent are you on using your points at Disney? I try to maximize points and am currently in the process of making a website to offer free advice and booking service for award travel. Let me begin by saying that Chase UR are EXTREMELY valuable if not the most valuable award travel currency out there. And you seem to have an insane stash of that.
Let me give you a detailed example of a vacation that you and your wife can take with the points you have. Ever wanted to visit the south pacific?
The itinerary would consist of a total of an 10 day trip. Modify it as you please.
Step 1 – The transfers:
1) Transfer 140K Chase UR to 140K United MileagePlus
2) Transfer 100K Chase UR to 200K HHonors
3) Transfer 130K Chase UR to 130K Hyatt GP
Step 2 – Using the
1) Book 2 RT awards to Sydney from wherever you are (preferable a United hub) to Sydney with a 5 day stopover in Fiji.
2) Use 200K HHonors points to book into the DoubleTree Resort in Fiji. Its 50K a night. When you book for 4 nights, you get the 5th free. So that’s 5 nights in awesome Fiji
3) Use 90K Hyatt GP points to book into the 5* Park Hyatt Sydney for 3 nights. This hotel is probably the best in Australia and one of the top in the world. It has amazing views of the water and opera house.
4) Get to Melbourne somehow
5) Use 40K Hyatt GP to book into the Park Hyatt Melbourne for 2 nights.
6) Fly back.
Notes:
1) You still have 60K UR leftover after an epic vacation. You can save them or use them to modify the trip.
2) You can use 250K UR to book business class flights instead of Economy. But you will have to use up your leftover 60K, and subtract a night from each of the Park Hyatts.
3) The trip above has a cash value of around $9,000. This is by no means the best value you can get out of Chase UR. But the easiest and the most straightforward. You can do much much better. Look out for www.pointsify.com. It is currently under construction.

Other Options:
1) You can do 7 nights at the AMAZING Grand Hyatt Kauai for just 225K UR including flights from the west coast. To get to the west coast, buy a cheap domestic ticket. Or transfer to UR to SW to make that free as well (not good value).
2) Any county(ies) in Europe. 1 or 2 weeks
3) Maldives (at the Park Hyatt Hadahaa. Over water bungalows?)
4) 310K points for 5 nights at Ritz US Virgin Islands + RT flights.
5) Transfer to Marriott for 7 nights at a (tier 1-3) Ritz-Carlton property + Flights to get there.
6) Basically you can go anywhere in the work for free with your stash of points. If you tell point out where you want to go – I can help you figure out exactly how to get there with your points.

That is some really great advice and the south pacific trip is what we are saving up for. My wife owns a title company and she uses our cards for paying filing fees, court fees, surveyers, whatever she can and I pay all of our household bills with mine. We can't take the big trip yet since we have a 6 year old. Gonna wait until she gets a bit older. That's why we decided to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge and use a few points for it. We each just got approved for the Amex PRG with 50K bonus points so we are going to start churning those as well. I'll keep all of this in mind.

Ahh I see. Personally, I'd pay the cash price of the trip and put the 2x points towards that big trip. Using points @ 1.25c kills me haha
