You should maybe rethink that given lots of bipartisan support for legalization. Still some hurdles to cross, but I think its coming sooner than you'd think.

And now historically red states (South Dakota and Montana) have legalized it completely and states like Mississippi and Utah have legalized medicinal Marijuana.

Its coming whether you like it or not.

This doesn't matter. What does matter is the number of starups eating each other and an oversaturation of the market AT THIS POINT. Like I said, the dust needs to settle a bit and then we can see what is viable. Most pot companies have years of debt ahead of them.

That being said, I do have money in TRTC (Mistake but holding anyway). ACB was supposed to be the big pretty one and so far nothing has panned out with them.

Like everything else, I'm pretty sure I am wrong on all of this.

Maybe, but I think with support on both sides gaining traction we will see legalization on the federal level soon and that will be huge for pot stocks

But you're definitely right about oversaturation of the market and companies eating each other up.

I guess what I'm trying to say is (obviously) do your DD and if you enter make sure its one (or more) that are well equipped to handle it.

That's why I'm high (no pun intended) on Cresco and Curaleaf. I think those 2 will be major players in the US market. As well as stocks like SMG and GRWG.
