I'm in with Curleaf and one not mentioned, Cresco. Both US companies and I think will benefit with the house passing the MORE act. Just need to get the Senate on board and the SAFE banking act to pass and the US companies I think will be better off than the Canadian ones imo.

I do wish I got in on constellation brands this spring though

Thanks for the info

Been thinking about getting invested.

I see Altria (Marlboro) has sizable investment in cannabis farm in Canada with option does more.
Constellation brands (corona) does too. I always figured that marijuana legalization would eventually end up in big tobacco’s lineup. It makes sense when you consider branding, packaging and distribution. Altria has that lined up.

I kinda like the idea of Scott’s miracle grow. Not a direct play but decent indirect investment.

Will probably start to dabble in the etf’s mentioned for starters.
Thanks for the info

Clearly Kiplinger is a fool. LVVV isn't even on his list.

Kiplinger obviously doesnt appreciate 420xBlockchain technology and how it applies to harvesting only the most righteous of Paso Robles buds

According to Bloomberg Canada, Tilray (NASDAQ:TLRY) and Aphria (NASDAQ:APHA) are in advanced merger talks. An announcement could come as soon as this week.
Updated with more details: The merged company is expected to keep the Tilray name, but with Aphria CEO Irwin Simon as CEO, and Aphria holding a bigger stake most of the board seats. Tilray boss Brendan Kennedy will get a board seat, but not an executive operating role. Up to $100M in annualized operating synergies are hoped for.
The merged company is also seen moving its HQ to the U.S. as it focuses on winning market share in that country.
