we played Nebraska in the Orange Bowl in 71 (lost like 17-12 or so), I think....

don't know the sugar bowl

What a mess for Howard after Auburn. The Advocate article went on and on with Amedee's comments about "throwing" the ball with the lead they had. Said that Howard was throwing the ball not him. What a farce!!!

Much as I love the new Box, it was pretty hard to watch the last pitch in the last game at the old Box.

1983 Nebraska beat us by 1 stinking point in the Orange bowl 21-20.

actual sadness when i heard about Wally Pontiff...

disgusted when we lose to Tennessee in 05 in overtime after leading 21 zilch in the first half.

I can understand why the Tennessee game after Katrina could be the toughest loss for some fans.

For me, the most difficult defeat I've experienced was losing to Ole Miss one week after we beat #1 Florida in '97. I thought we had turned the corner and were an elite team.

Bo Rein plane crash. There was a lot of excitemetn building that was never realized.

Wally also. Also, Redden passing away. And the Pistol.

After the Auburn game in '06 i beleive..deffensive strugle the whole game, and we almost pulled it out but.....
