I would run a basic triple option play about 4 times a game. I would let Shep throw it about 2 times a game. That is 6 plays out of what 50, 60, 70 plays a game. Is that asking for to much. How do ya know it wouldn't work unless you try it?

Fair to him or not, the memory that will always be etched into my mind is his Under Armour game. I don't follow recruiting very passionately, so that was the first I had seen him. My only thoughts were related to how horribly inaccurate he was.

Dont compare RS as a high schooler to where he is now. Hw is not a QB for a reason. And im sure LSU's highly paid coaching staff has a perfectly good reason for that..! If you want to look at HS film, go look at JJ. He tore it up at Destrehan while leading them to a state championship..! And look at him now..!! Dont compare apples and oranges, they dont mix well..!!

He has shown in practice that he cant throw the ball. Hell if we are going to run the triple option why not bring back the notre dame box.

Can't do this with any degree of success. The triple option is an offense, not a play. You are either an option offense or you are not.

Lsu has the talent to run Triple Option;however, JJ wouldn't fit into the equation. You would need to put QB-Ware FB-Ford TB-Gore/Sheppard.

Triple wouldn't work well in the SEC btw- To much speed on defense.

As great as our stable seems to be,

I think it is so cute when people refer to our group of RB's as a "stable". Makes you think of a bunch of horses, just running free and easy.

Oh, the OP's idea of LSU running the triple option is just about as idiotic as most of the rest of the crap on here
