If it were not for him, we would not have every single player and coach we have on our team today. He was stubborn as a mule and awful on Offense, but he sure as hell did know how to recruit coaches and players. I wish him the best, and think parting ways will be the best thing for all parties involved. Where ever he lands, that school will have a new fan. That said, pumped about us moving on...lets go beat the shite out of Bama!!

Sorry to burst your bubble but Miles wasn't stubborn like a mule... he was stupid like a rock.

Not sure if that is true. I do know that if Les wasn't here we would have at least two more good receivers and possibly an undefeated record this year.

But yes, let's go kill Bama.

well obviously for us it was by far the right thing, but what I'm saying too is that I think this will be best for Miles too. He became way to arrogant...I truly hope seeing this team perform like this will be a humbling experience for him. He needs it to succeed where ever he goes next.

That is an absolutely 100% false statement.

And if it weren't for Saban, Miles would have been a groundskeeper the last 12 years. Miles inherited a dynasty-in-the-making. He fricked it up!!!

He has the final say on every coach and player that signs the dotted line, so it is 100% not a false statement.

You guys do realize if it weren't for Miles LF is at Bama right? I can not even imagine the amount of total hours he spent trying to get LF to LSU....for that alone I applaud him

Straight from the horse's mouth why he came to LSU.

LINK

He doesn't mention Les Miles' name once.

Yea because Les is the only coach in America that could get LF7 commitment. You people that keep bringing Miles' name up in threads need to stop! Your solution is simple... join the fan base of the team he gets hired to coach.

Your as stubborn as Miles if you think recruiting was all about him.

So your saying that LSU will not bring in great recruits now??

GTF out of here. The PRUPLE and GOLD with LSU letters all over recruits 80% of most of the players. A good coach is just the Cherry on top.
