How does a reporter get his hands on FBI wiretap info?
I wouldnt think just anybody can make a public records request for it.
I suspect the defense gave the reporters the transcript because it benefits them to paint college basketball coaches as the bad guys and not Dawkins.

Calipari has no sway with the FBI.
He loses players all the time and probably doesn't give two shits about LSU.
There is no conspiracy against LSU. That doesn't mean that there is not selective treatment of the blue blood programs or the hypocrisy of singling out Wade/LSU.

Calipari is the Nick Saban of college basketball. There's no evidence he's ever deviated from pure ethical in his long tenure as a head coach.
It's unfortunate to say this, but there's something really fishy about a program suddenly morphing from a 2-17 laughingstock getting blown out in game after SEC game to a championship club preparing to cut down a net at home!

Dawkins' defense team is behind this, not Calipari.
That's just silly.
To me, this looks like the defense is trying to stall court proceedings by having a mistrial declared before the trial even starts.
It's obvious who is behind the leaks. The parties that have access to this stuff are pretty limited, and I don't see any incentive for the prosecution to be leaking this crap.
