Wow, and look at how Stafford has developed. I know we're taking our lumps right now, but how could can things get for the future? Not saying Lee will develop into anything, just pointing out the numbers.

Tht's great, except Lee has played three fewer games, and if his percentage from Sat. continues, he will be sub 50% and have 10 more picks by the end of the year.

But yes, Stafford really did suck as a frosh.

if you count his int return yards, Lee is over 2000 yds plus 6 more TDs.

heck, we've seen some schools wait 3-4 years before their QB matured. Remember Dameyne Craig at Auburn. That guy was awful but he had a great senior year!

IMO lee won't get over it this season but he'll be much improved next year. Still think JJ needs a lot of quality snaps the next 3 games.

sad part is since this was initially brought up, Lee has thrown about 8 INTs. I'm still pullin' for ya though kid. keep your head up.

Lee really isn't that bad. The pick 6s are killers, but he's ahead of a number of pretty well known QBs in terms of passer rating. He's got a huge arm and a pretty quick release. This is what happens when freshman QBs start in the SEC generally

Maybe Georgia's offense is better at tackling.

If you're gonna make this comparison, let's see how many pic six did he make. So far Lee is having an average of one per game. I find that unbelievable even in a freshman quarterback.

Well I guess we should have started a completely green and untested true freshman against a Top 5 defense and Saint Nick.

How can you justify comparing Staffords numbers to Lees? Some guys just have it, and others don't.
