Where have I said Woodward sucks and where have I said fire McMahon. I’ve questioned Woodward’s decisions, especially on the basketball front, just like I did when he gave O the raise he did. I earned a raise, but not what he gave him. Nobody was looking to poach him.

I’ll never get the whining and complaining about this. He paid NC coach what other NC coaches get paid. It’s not your money, it’s not company you own stock in it literally doesn’t matter, it does not prevent the school for paying for other things or future coaches. Counting it as a mark against the AD is just looking for something to complain about

The "Joke" has been a part of how many National Championships? Would you continue to Coach when a "Woke" administration paid you 15 million dollars to go fishing or lay on the beach? Who was the Joker, O or W, or the fans? How many championships has BK been a part? How many Champions has Woodward hired? Hell, Jimbo couldn't even win the SEC when he had the easiest schedule in the SEC. Buzz Peterson's team never beat Wade's team, and was the first SEC team out of the tournament this year. Don't bring up losers, or Jokers, when Woodward's man only won 2 SEC Basketball games this season.

Rinse and repeat. It figures.

Once again, you’ve posted with a smart arse comment but no substance. Are you just not capable of having an intelligent conversation?

Just FYI, LSU Athletic Department was contractually obligated to increase Orgeron's salary after he won the National Championship, just like LSU was contractually obligated to increase Saban's after he won the National Championship and just like LSU was contractually obligated to increase Miles' salary after he won the National Championship.

Saban's original contract called for him to receive a bump in salary to become one of the three highest paid coaches in college football when he won a National Championship. (The new contract made Saban #1 in salary).

Miles' original contract called for him to receive a bump in salary to become one of the top five highest paid coaches in college football when he won a National Championship. (The new contract made Miles #3 in salary).

Orgeron's original contract and extension called for him to receive a bump in salary to become one of the top ten highest paid coaches in college football when he won a National Championship. (The new contract made Orgeron #7 in salary).

A National Championship escalator clause is very common in coaching contracts throughout the NCAA, especially in football.

You can question the decision in your mind, but being contractually obligated means this is something LSU had to do, not something Woodward chose to do. About the only thing that is questionable in Orgeron's new contract was the buyout terms, which ended up costing LSU and boosters roughly $17 million dollars.

I could. But it’s useless against the same constant drivel of yours. Come up with something different and intelligent. You’re boring.

If you would have followed the entire conversation, you would have gotten exactly what I was talking about. Romar had that program rolling when Scott got there, why did it end up in the ditch during his tenure?

I have followed the entire conversation and you have failed to make a logical argument or reach a logical conclusion to your premise. It is just tomfoolery to try to give the AD a black-eye.

If you really want to understand the Romar situation at the end of his tenure at UW try reading the following:

Good find. One of the children will still reply with something about Woodward being fat.

It shows the only thing he’s good at is throwing a lot of money around. You can’t do that with the state of our basketball program. Shows he’s clueless about making an outside of the box hire

This is just nonsense and what is an “out of the box hire” sounds like code for “someone not qualified” the type of hire that if it didn’t work would have fans like you and the OP whining and complaining about the AD
