That's the Packer parking lot. The lawns of the houses around the stadium, and I believe the bars, are all open before then. Those houses want the money so they'll take you nice and early.

Never mind that it's the fourth largest stadium in the NFL and is larger than NRG by over 9,000 seats.

I think he meant in comparison to stadiums we're accustomed to visiting. LSU isn't even the largest in the SEC and it holds 20,000 more than Lambeau.
