I think, if nothing else, he as earned the trip. I am so happy that he has let his play talk for him since the game he missed. As Herbstreit said, TM7 is the only player to truly have a Heisman moment this season.

he does deserve it due to his stats and play on the field but because of his suspension off the field he for sure wont get an invite.
which really does trully suck because he has by far been a big part of LSU as much as any of the other contenders have been for their teams.
but a good thing may come of this, maybe next season he will play with a chip on his shoulder and learn from his mistake and make up for it with even harder play next season.

Last year, didn't James of Oregon get an invite & he was suspended for one game.

I hope so but doubt it since he missed a game due to suspension as opposed to an injury. But sure hope he gets an invite
