8 or 9.

Clemson and Bama will be 1 and 2, ND will always be ranked way higher than they ever should be (probably 5 or 6). Michigan will be in the top 10. Ohio State, Florida State, and Stanford will all probably be in the top 10.

I would hope so. You realize this is a semi final game next year right?

You seem like a real educated fan that is tons of fun to sit next to at games.

I hate being ranked #1 when we have not played anyone
I hated being ranked #2 going into November this year.

I mean the hype surrounding this team with the returning starters and a talent new DC is much deserved. It will probably be one of the best to take the field in the Miles era. Do we start the season as concensus #1 across all major polls?

Oh Jesus! Here we go!

No! We will not be number 1. That's crazy. I'm thinking somewhere between 7-10. QB is still a major issue and everyone around the country sees that and won't believe this year eill be different until they see it

Closer to 10, justifiably so. Have to prove O-line & QB is the real deal. I don't get that everyone thinks the gumps are 1/2 they have a brand new no experienced QB, they should be 15-20.

I hope we start the year unranked. I'd rather be the hunter, but We'll be ranked in the top 5.

the last 5 seasons they have lost a total of 5 games during the regular season. theyve won 3 of the last 5 national championships. they pretty much get the top recruiting class every year and they have the goat college coach.

lol at you saying they should be 20

Maybe 8-12. Why # 1? Auburn 2015?

They also have the same head coach and offensive cood who have yet to be able to develop a qb at LSU.

Hope not. Until a QB proves they can consistently pass LSU should not be in the top 10.

Probably won't be #1 in any major polls

They are basically bringing back the same team that lost 3 games.

Really?! So you expect that none of the 17 or 18 returning starters will improve? That's an interesting point of view. .

No way. All of the talking heads bring up QB play is questionable. We don't want to be ranked that high that early anyway.
