What don't you like about Game Day coming here?
Posted on 10/5/15 at 1:51 pm to NewMoneyTrash
Thought maybe it would Mich. Mich. St, but that is a 2:30 and ESPN's a crew is not going to do an afternoon game. Herbstreit will be in BR to call the game probably, so I would say Gameday come to LSU.

Am I the only one who doesn't like College Game Day when it comes to LSU?
No plenty of us out there. For those asking its just another parking cluster. Ticketless clowns eating up parking spaces.

t's focus on this weeks game. We don't want to take South Carolina too lightly.
Yeah since we're on the team and everything

I think it only helps our chances that the game is on ESPN

I've got my sign ready if they come this season.

I always get a kick when people say this about fans. It literally has 0 effect. I can take them lightly or hard, i can look forward 2 or 3 weeks, hell I could die and it wouldn't matter in the slightest.

Crowds are always weak when College GameDay comes to town. Maybe this year can be different.

Don't know where you were for 2012 Alabama or 2014 Ole Miss

Probably because it is usually a 2:30 game if gameday is here. With it being 6:00 start, I expect to see a great Tiger Stadium crowd.

I would say so, unless they choose to go to the Bama vs. A&M game. But I would say it would be at the LSU vs. Florida game

Add USC vs. Notre Dame to that mix.
I think if Michigan beats Northwestern this weekend then Gameday will be in Ann Arbor unfortunately.

Will either be lsu/uf or michigan/msu. Unless espn wants to give bama its 3rd gameday in 7 weeks.

SEC Nation already chose this game.

No doubter if both teams haven't lost. They've lead the buga hype train so far and will want to play the Katrina piece another 7 times

That's the only thing I can remotely understand about 'real' fans not liking it. It brings out every nerd/dork from his dorm room for a few hours. But they clear out quickly and all is normal for latter part of tailgating.
As for me, I love the excitement. Ole Miss last year was a great one: the weather, the subsequent victory, Katy Perry subplot, etc. ESPN Gameday on campus makes for a distinct, and often awesome, gameday memory.
