Cam's here for as long as Les is here unless he walks away on his own.

i'm not sold on Cameron. he has some work to do to convince me of his worth. the reason is I greatly SUSPECT he overcoaches, esp the QB's. he's been in the pro's long enough that he probably has found it difficult to simplify things enough for college kids. having said that, I have found the last couple of games different than the first 11. maybe things are beginning to gel. if we can just get good qb play we will be awesome again.

I think you are onto something here. Mett had been around the block and in at least three college systems by the time Cam got hold of him. He was cut out to handle what was thrown at him.

Unfortunately, Jennings and Harris are polar opposite from him. It certainly looks like they were both overwhelmed by his system, one physically, and the other mentally. If there is a major knock on him, it is that he was far too inflexible and wasn't able to get the most out of his players this season.

The only encouraging signs I can see are the wrinkles that came around late in the season, and the comments that evidently made to ESPN reporters during bowl week. I was at the game andhaven't watch the replay, but I read on here that the broadcast crew talked about him moving away from the pro-style offense that the quarterbacks are struggling with, and moving towards a system built around their strengths.

With Miles running the show, I know you have to take things like this with a grain of salt. However, I'll take any encouraging signs I can get and hope that we see something different at the spring game.

Why would OC be on the hot seat. It takes timd to transition from high school to college and college to pro.

Then why not start him with an apprentice salary, if he needs time to adjust. That is pure BS.

Why don’t you putt miles on the hot seat for the last three years our SEC losses have grown. He makes 4 mill a year and can’t develop a QB. WTF. Ask Les! Oh and by the way that was a real heart felt emotion in your post game cry at the podium you pussy! You threw the ball 14 times. you had 4 weeks to prepare for ND and thats all you got! 4 mill a year and can NOT DEVELOP A QB

yes he is on the hot seat. Next year will likely be awful also relative to other schools but probably be pretty good compared to what LSU has done in the past on offense.

Look at Ohio State they just destroyed Bama with A 3rd string QB there other 2 QBs were Heisman contenders and we can't find a QB that can complete a pass , Texas A&M has 2 QBs that are very good and when you look at our recruits you don't see any, Bama has the # 1 QB recruit , but we have 4 more running backs which is great but this year should show us that only gets us so far.

Whether or not Miles is holding him back is irrelevant.

CC thinks he is getting paid to NOT give Miles problems. I'm starting to believe that this close friendship is the problem. I'd have to see them arguing on the sideline before I'd believe that CC cares enough to confront CLM.

The real questions is...Is CLM capable of letting CC run the offense with NO interference?

Well, if all of what you said is correct, and I am not disagreeing with you, why in the freakin world would you just recruit QBs that run out of a spread their whole career? Just doesn't make sense that you recruit personnel to match your system, not change your system to the recruits...Is CLM that freakin confused, or is it me...

must be me, he's the one in the Cane's commercials and has all the money...

Do the majority of A&M posters still want Sumlin fired?

How many more 9-4/8-5 seasons before Sumlin is canned?

Les Miles doesn't call the plays. He game plans just like every fricking head coach. But he isn't calling the plays.

Its just stupid. You guys don't want him interfering with the offense. You say he gave chavis control of the defense, but then say it was Miles decision to start welter, and if it wasn't, he needed to interfer and make chavis start beckwith. You guys seriously can't make up your minds.

He is the head coach, he is responsible for the whole team. If the o sucks, it is on him, if it sets LSU records, it's on him. If the d sucks, it's on him, if it's one of the best units in the history of the program, it's on him.

You do realize how stupid your statement was, right? TAM loses 2 players, LSU loses 5, yet you seem surprised at how much greater LSU's drop was!

A&M did win their Bowl game and their Freshman QB had a much better season than either of our QBs. He was also A&Ms second QB. Unlike Miles, when Hill floundered Sumlin turned to the Freshman.

A&M lost more than that. But everyone acted like Evans and Manziel made Sumlin, and both dominated in college winning tons of awards. Well seeing these LSU guys in the NFL, it looks comparable, except LSU looked even worse on offense this year.

He is being paid 1.3 a year and just re-upped his contract for 2 years. He isn't going anywhere for another two years.

Another decline and Miles will be on the HOT SEAT after going 8-0 in 2011/6-2 ,2012/5-3 in 2013/4-4 2014. MILE's picked the STARTING QB PER CAM C and L MILES has not denied it. Can Recruited Harris, AJ is Miles boy. Anybody don't believe Miles calls the plays are majority, ask JIMBO FISHER, Crowton or Stud they all say the same thing. YOU DAMN RITE

The jet sweep and getting the tight end involved, I thought Jennings made a few of his best passes of the year in the bowl game. Hit his second receiver a couple of times and I think he actually hit his third receiver on one play. Now will our coaches and fans instill confidence or will one of these young guns just decide to man up and take control? I'm hoping for the best because I think our team can be very special next year. *O-lineman needed!
