Elaboration would be appreciated.
I'm not going to go there because I sat in the family and friends section. But he was a negative whining bitch and complained about Miles the entire game.

I am still looking for tge reason everyone is mad at Miles. Defensive Coordinator? Ok yes defiantly needs blame
Zach Mettenberger? Yea 3 pics throwing into double coverage lots of blame

Don't come at me with Les needed to teach Mett. Thats what everyone said they did not want him to do. Also didnt want his hands in defense so get off that.

His inly bad call was not using the timeout with 26 seconds. Well thats great but we couldn't move the ball with 1:20 at UGA so doubt 20 seconds would been enough.

He pisses me off too and gets on my nerves but this game isn't on him.

That's the beauty of the stance a segment of our fanbase takes.

See it really doesn't matter what the circumstances of the game are. If Beckham fumbled and OM returned it for a TD and that's how we lost, it would still be on Miles. The sentiment is that well, he's the HC and he's responsible. Ok, sure.

The problem is that when anything goes right, which actually is most of the time because we win a lot, in the minds of some Miles never had anything to do with it. But all the bad stuff is invariably Miles' fault. He does everything wrong and nothing right apparently. Mind you, they have no evidence of what exactly Miles doesn't or does have his hand in. All they know is the result.

The offense does well, Miles is being hands off. The offense sputters, that's Miles running the show. It's actually pretty funny seeing these people jump from one foot to the other.

well
If I'm Les I know that I can't win this situation with the LSU fans, unless I win another championship and the chances of that are low...
He may want to go to UM if it opens up or retire...

You must be really tight with a player or are a family member considering the requirements to get s seat in that section

Where would he go? Who would hire him? Who would pay him $4 million a year? Name one school (and no, Texas would not hire another Mack Brown).

I will type this slowly so you might understand. LSU lost to an Ole Miss team that had 5 starters out on defense to open the game and a few went out as the game was played yesterday. We were down 17-0 at halftime against their 3rd string defense. Think about it.

Some people on here are so hardheaded they just can't fathom what you just typed. You're wasting your time.

Les doesn't even know how many timeouts he has at any point during a game he is paid millions to coach...why would anyone think he was capable of keeping track of what people say about him on the internet much less directly to his face.

Do you think Joe Pa left just because a few of the alumni and water boys were complaining ?

To the OP - I don't think so. He probably doesn't pay attention to it as much as we do and is already preparing for the next game. Now if we lose 2-3 more this season then...

His statement was that he's never had a fan "come at him" (my words) while he's been head coach an that the fans have been great to him and his family

Personally I wouldn't never do that. When I'm criticizing him, I'm doing it as the coach of LSU, not a citizen. That would be low class. That being said, LM needs to go. If you disagree, you aint right.

Mediocre is not the right word here unless you are talking about Miles' ability as a game day coach.
Mediocre ain't the word either. He just isn't a game day coach by definition.
