Well then....lets just bench all the draft eligible juniors and seniors and prepare for next year.

Retarded mindset. We still have a lot to play for. You don't throw your starter to the wind because we lost a game to one of the best teams in the country.

I bet you said the same thing before state and troy. If we can't beat them we won't win an SEC game this year.

A coach goes into each and every game with the starters that give him the best chance at VICTORY.

A coach owes it to his staff, players and fans to play the players that afford him best option at a win.

The future will take care of itself. If opportunity arises then yes get Brennan some snaps. Just not as the starter.

We are trying to win 3 games, end the season 9-3 and 6-2 in the SEC, and get a nice Bowl game. Etling deserves to be the starter. I am for giving Brennan more snaps when the situations arise.

Are you kidding?? Winning this year, especially ending on a high note shows recruits we are still one of the dominant programs!! Would you rather be like Florida right now??

He completes less than 50% of his passes every game. Brennan has more arm talent. Period. These last three games are just as winnable for Brennan as they are for Etling.

And yet despite completing less than 50% of his passes every game, he has completed 58% of his passes this season.

It’s a math miracle!

For 10 Wins. Season isn't defined by Bama. Who has the GOAT coaxh and is a machine right now. Get Myles some packages but Etling deserves to finish the season. He can lead the team to 6 out of 7 Sec games to close out the season. A lot to play for. 10-3 would be a helluva accomplishment year 1 of a regime change and a relatively inexperienced HC who's still learning how to run a winning program. Man the obsession with Bama is pitiful sometimes

If Brennan still gives us a good shot at winning the football games play him. But if we play him, and we lose, it's not worth it.

We play to win. That's what we have to play for. I hate losing. Period. I don't want to lose another game this year. So what we are not competing for the playoffs, that doesn't mean to throw away the whole season. This is where pride comes in at.

Besides this isn't like the NFL or Nba where tanking gives you a higher draft pick. In college, tanking means you just lost out on another top recruit. Don't forget that.

Correct. LSU can also lean on the running game for the last 3 regular season games. 15 needs experience.

It will be great to get our qbs some experience yes. But can we quit with this false narrative that if You don't get experience you can never be effective. Jordan Jefferson, Anthony Jennings, Brandon Harris, Danny Etling all had multiple seasons of starting experience. Yet they never improved.

Either Brennan has it or he dont. Period
