re: I have to admit-MSU is experienced and will still be a good team - 167back
If he's so good why didn't he get more caries. state had big leads in many games yet, over a 13 game schedule he had fewer than 50 caries. LSU's FOURTH string RB had more caries than him....

re: I have to admit-MSU is experienced and will still be a good team - 167back
Don't forget about LSU beating the weebels and holding them to only one score and that was with treadwell and the big LT. If I'm not mistaken I believe the golden egg has been in oxford these last eight nine months. I guess that's another reason that mullen is done in starkvegas....

re: I have to admit-MSU is experienced and will still be a good team - 167back
State's biggest asset in '14 was the experienced team they returned. The dogs returned almost 60 lettermen in '14. They were probably one of the most experienced teams in the country. They returned 16 starters on top of that. In '14 msu had quality experienced depth on the Oline, WR, Dline, LB a...

re: I have to admit-MSU is experienced and will still be a good team - 167back
Really, you think so. You are not going to have a successful SEC season without quality experienced depth across the board. The starters can't do it alone. Being you mentioned the Dline. State lists six players as backups to the starting four. Of those six, four haven't seen the field yet fo...

re: I have to admit-MSU is experienced and will still be a good team - 167back
EXACTLY You win championships with players #23 to #45. Everyone in the SEC has quality starters. It's the backups that make the difference in winning titles. state doesn't have the quality experienced backups heading into '15....

re: LSU vs Miss State matchup advantages - 167back
The BIG change for the LSU "D" happened when Beckwith became the starter at MLB. After that happened the tigers faced three SEC offenses that avg over 400 yards in conference play. All three were held under 320 yards, one even under 230 yards. Take this how you want. The addition of Steele and co...

re: LSU vs Miss State matchup advantages - 167back
Just because you have a bunch of players at any given position doesn't mean you are deep there. If that was the case then every football team would be deep at just about every position on the roster....

re: LSU vs Miss State matchup advantages - 167back
MLB K Beckwith (JR) returning starter. In line for postseason honors. One of the two best inside LBs in the SEC. OLB L Louis (SR) three year starter OLB D Jones (SR) first year starter. One of the fastest LBs in the SEC. Was second team in '13 and '14. Made his mark as a special team demon the...

re: LSU vs Miss State matchup advantages - 167back
Last years state Dline was legit. It went two deep with quality and experience. The '15 Dline not so much. Starters are solid. State lists six players as backup dlinemen on it's depth chart. Four of those six haven't played yet for the bulldogs. They really won't be that experienced come the ...
