this game would normally be on Tigervision with dingus 1 and dingus 2 calling it and everyone would be complaining, but now we get a guy who's called National Championship games and people still complain

Disney/ABC is edging him toward the exit. SEC Network is affiliated with ABC/ESPN, and is pretty far down on that particular food chain.

Not a fan of Muffberger but glad for opportunity to see this game from home here in Georgia. I guess gone are the days of listening to the Tigers on am radio on my back deck for games like this! I gotta say though, I did enjoy listening to John Ferguson call epic games before TV... God rest his sole.

Musburger unnecessarily takes shots at LSU whenever the opportunity presents itself.
For example, when they were discussing Speedy during the A&M/USCe game...
“Out of the state of Louisiana. And the Aggies, as part of the SEC, with that great new facility they’re putting up, they barged in under Les Miles’ nose and took this young man out of New Orleans.”

"From Louisiana" would have sufficed. He didn't have to dramatize his statement and announce to a national audience that Sumlin "barged" into Louisiana and stole a top prospect, but he just couldn't resist.

I learned this about Tiger fans early on in my following of LSU. It doest matter what, when, where, or who there will always be an LSU fan to whine about. I guess if all we have to whine about is a body bag game announcing crew, we must be doing pretty well.
