this is all it is.

vs Arkansas last week, Bama had a first and goal from about a foot. with Trent and Lacy at their disposal, Bama tries a sneak with their 130 pound qb. then they pass. then they run with Lacy who gets stuffed. they settled for a field goal.

this is the kind of shite Miles gets crucified for, yet Saban always seems to get a pass.

penalties, fewer blown assignments

As opposed to giving up more sacks and turnovers, and not getting tackles for loss?

That is something I just don't understand. Saban has had more than his share of screw-ups:

Loss to UAB, loss to ULM, last second-losses to Arkansas and Iowa, blew a big lead at Kentucky that led to the Bluegrass Miracle, blew a 24 point lead at home to Auburn.

There's probably more, but those are just off the top of my head.

Miles has had, what, three questionable games that he keeps getting raked over the coals for? It's like the Pick 6 thing for JL with some people.

Saban gets angry on the sideline, so he must be smarter.

When Saban's team loses, it's the players' fault. When Miles' team loses, it's Miles' fault.

They play a more disciplined defense then we do too. We pressure and use our good d-backs to lock up.

Bama's favorite thing to do is pressure and drop back into a soft zone, adjusting the zones to the routes. Hard for a QB to pick up on where the zone opens while he has a LB hitting him. Also it sets up for mistakes if you key in on a route cause you think it'll be open.

For example. Cover 2 against a inside vertical route. If the QB reads the defense and sets his mind he'll throw there while being pressure. Balls thrown, tho the QB doesn't know the safety adjusted his zone to that route. Picks the ball off. Or destroys the receiver forcing one hell of a catch or a incomplete.

A team coached by a grass eater can't be smart. I mean, where's the balance?!

Colin Cowherd say this a couple of days ago,
his only claim to support his statement was that they have only been flagged 12 times or some shite like that

alabama has a very smart team...fewer penalties is the main reason I'd say

Guess who has the least penalties in SEC?
KY.
Hope you don't believe that KY plays smarter than LSU.

Bama didn't have a holding penalty for like 10 weeks in 2009. I mean, c'mon now. That's not even remotely possible. Sometimes refs just don't throw flags

Colin Cowherd is a contrarian. He gets off on the ego trip behind it.

I heard him go off on a five minute rant a year ago about how momentum does not exist in a game. It's not even him being bold. He just picks a side (usually the one most people aren't picking) and argues some ridiculous point for the sheer attention.

With Bama and LSU being a toss up, it's not surprising that he would pick Bama as his dog in the fight right now since LSU is currently #1 AP (his professional organization).
