He can be, bee. Arm talent is there but he still has to be taught how to be a QB.

There is going to be A LOT of angry people on the rant if this is just rumors. I am hopeful it happens but not too confident at the same time. There is too much smoke for something not to be in the works but situations like this fall apart all the time.
