I enjoy listening to Sean Kelly, the Hornets' play-by-play guy. Before the Hornets he did a variety of sports for Tulane and Missouri. He could handle football, basketball and baseball.
But if LSU is keeping it in-house, then you've got to go with Patrick Wright. He would do a great job too.

Hanigriff's voice is so annoying and he can put you to sleep. Are there not some other choices? I like Ott but have never heard him call a game.

Ott or Moscona are both pretty knowledgable and might be good, but I haven't heard either do play by play.
And yes, you can make individual nominations for football, baseball and basketball, it doesn't have to stay in the current format where the same guy does all 3 sports.
